It is not a car for a family with 2 car sets and strollers and all the kid kitnkaboodle - but perfect for my 2 person family lifestyle. Overall not a pleasant experience. My new car is not a Mercedes, and already shows 29 mpg on Regular gas. Well worth it for a new benz in my opinion. .
Previously I have bought Subaru, Toyota, Chevrolet, Nissan, and Volvo before Ford bought the franchise. I recommend this vehicle for a couple or small family. The interior is very elegant easy to clean, all the button are easy to see and it rides very comfortable down the road. It seems the time was well-spent, though, as the crossover offers the luxury, comfort and technology expected of models in this class. None of them can compare to this vehicle when considering many factors, especially cost.
I anticipate running the mileage up to 250,000 - 300,000 before looking for my next used car. It takes the guess work out of parking and saves your bumpers from scratches and dings! They need to double, triple check their inventory listings before telling potential buyer that vehicle was sold. I may actually keep this one longer than usual because of how much i enjoy driving it. This is the best experience I have had buying a car in the 44 years I have been buying cars! I had expected better of this maker. The gas mileage is not the best in the world, but can't have everything without spending just a little bit more money. I asked to get a trade-in value for my car. At 20, 000 miles, it has not one rattle, has not seen the Mercedes dealer once.
Jason let me take the car to a Volvo dealer for a check up to make sure it was a sound car. I do not think 4 adult men would be so comfortable. Only had one Key fob, for the vehicle, and would not budge on the price but used getting the numbers together as a reason that it took over four hours to complete the deal. This fits the bill perfectly for me. This was exactly like my car but in better shape and with less miles! I thought I would never replace my dream car! I was contacted first thing in the morning and I was test driving that day! I passed on this one no biggie only 5 hour round trip drive.
My car ownership model includes buying used, paying off the loan as quickly as possible, and enjoying at least a couple of years of routine maintenance with perhaps one major thing going wrong and being replaced. I was driving my car away in less than a week. With the rear seat folded, maximum cargo capacity is 54. A great sports-ute that is so much fun to drive and has plenty of power for maneuvering on the highway. I thought I would never replace my dream car! Little of substance has changed with this year's model. It's funny how an automaker can be ahead of the curve one moment and playing catch-up the next. I was contacted first thing in the morning and I was test driving that day! It was incredibly reliable and there was never a dime spent for repairs other than normal maintenance.
It has a smooth ride, excellent power and is quite. It takes the guess work out of parking and saves your bumpers from scratches and dings! Sounds lazy, but when your hands are full and you are approaching the tailgate it is nice not to have to put stuff down to open the hatch. Reviewers generally remarked that the cabin appeared cleanly-designed and well-built, but felt a bit small. I love that the hatch opens and closes via a button instead of having to open it yourself. It plowed through a foot of new snow in Tahoe while others were stuck. I was also was helped with financing! This is the best experience I have had buying a car in the 44 years I have been buying cars! It also has less interior space than most competitors.
Jason let me take the car to a Volvo dealer for a check up to make sure it was a sound car. You will not be disappointed. I love that the hatch opens and closes via a button instead of having to open it yourself. Lots of visibility, Smooth and quiet ride and lots of front seat room. The owner Jason was helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff. To see what's new for 2011, click , or check out a of the two model years. What's toad was going to get a call back the first time I called them and they never called me. However, limited passenger and cargo space mean it may not be the best choice for families. I bought the car but was practically sleepless for three days thinking about returning it. Did not even make 225,000 miles! I had to call them and ask them what was going on. Most said that the front seats had ample comfort and space, but the back seat drew criticism for being cramped, which is a common complaint in this class. When I got there it was a different story.
