I didn't really see the hero as alpha, the only thing he took was sex. She did get other little 'Jamaican' details right, including the righteous anger and heavy expectations of parents. Now I'm happier than I've ever been, and seriously considering a future with someone who doesn't have a past. And no matter what it takes, I'm going to make her mine in all the ways that count.
