There is usaully a few minutes somewhere where I want to quit but you are so encouraging I make it through every time. I can tell your workout is taking me much further than the ladies gym I had attended. Usually in the long, cold winter days I have used her programs. I hope to someday meet you in person. Not all the persons were able to keep up with an alert pace, so she developed a walking program which can be taken by a wide range of people. Then it just got to hot here Florida and I quit. I have the most energy all night and go to bed feeling refreshed and having the energy I do now is awesome. Some intermediate and advance workouts include jogging or boost walking sessions helping you to burn more calories and lose weight. I also run or walk on the treadmill, but her programs have some cardio sessions and you will get warm. After I tried it, I have changed my opinion. I am almost ashamed to admit that…but now I am very happy to say that I have done the 1 mile and now am doing the 2 mile and can not wait to do the 3 mile one.
