I would try to lock the engine timing down and see if it is off. Loosen cylinder 3 coil mounting bolts as needed to move coil to side to facilitate tool access. Rpm doesn't jump up and down and if you get on the gas It goes away.
I would retest those items. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what that hose is for either. Scanned codes and got 2a9a camshaft code. Would this fix the problems?
